The Trust is looking for an exceptional candidate to provide leadership, independent and objective challenge and diversity to the Board of Directors. In order to complement the existing skill mix of the Board, we are seeking an individual who brings board-level experience from either a workforce or a clinical background. You will have a demonstrable track record of achievement at Board level in an organisation of a similar size and complexity to the Trust, whether this be in the private, public or voluntary sectors.
